Synopsis: Blood Money is an upcoming Bollywood erotic thriller film directed by Vishal Mahadkar, and produced by Mahesh Bhatt. The film stars Kunal Khemu opposite Amrita Puri in lead roles. It is scheduled for release on 23 March, 2012.. The film is loosely based on the Oscar-winning Hollywood blockbuster, Blood Diamond.

From the producers of Murder, Kalyug and Jannat, comes another erotic thriller titled Blood Money. The lead actors are Kunal Khemu of Kalyug fame and Amrita Puri who played the role of Sonam’s friend in the movie Aisha.

Blood Money is about multiple characters, who discover a stolen diamond from the past, early time World War. As much as they realize how precious the diamond is, it gets stolen by a mastermind thief, played by Kunal Khemu who doesn’t need any money, but who needs it to save his girlfriend from dying. The story resembles throughout the film on how Khemu escapes from the rest and his aim to save his girlfriend.
